1. Exploring the main
WhiteSmoke Window.
This is what you will see when WhiteSmoke begins its grammar check.
Note that you can undo any spelling or grammar change you ask WhiteSmoke
to make. You can also pull up WhiteSmoke's dictionary with just a
click.
2. Corrections and suggestions
Note the different color coding WhiteSmoke uses. Red for spelling, green for grammatical changes and blue for text enrichments.
3. Changes to text
WhiteSMoke lets you see and pick the possible changes you can make to correct any spelling or grammar errors. Just click on the one you want and WHiteSmoke makes the changes.
4. WhiteSmoke's dictionary
A handy feature of WhiteSmoke's dictionary is the translation module which can translate into 18 different languages (note this is purchased separately.)
5. WhiteSmoke's templates
WhiteSmoke has hundreds of templates to help you get a quick start to your project. These templates are for letters, emails, contracts, proposals, and much more.
6. WhiteSmoke's notifier
The notifier will pop up as you enter text with a gentle reminder of the grammatical error it ahs detected.
